inspect house twice monthly when vacant to ensure everything is ok
point of contact for tenant issues once rented
responsible for overseeing the maintenance or repair of the property's systems (heat, A/C, electrical, plumbing)
inspect the house every 6 months for condition of smoke/carbon detectors
provide periodic updates and invoices for payment on services required

inspect house twice monthly when vacant to ensure everything is ok
once rented, work with the owner’s realtor to ensure property passes CO inspection. (Completion of all CO paperwork and coordination of the inspection are the responsibility of the realtor)
can deposit monthly rent check (but no “collections” work)
point of contact for tenant and township issues once rented
responsible for overseeing lawn maintenance services (unless lease stipulates tenant responsible)
responsible for overseeing the maintenance or repair of the property's systems (heat, A/C, electrical, plumbing)
inspect the house every 6 months for condition of smoke/carbon detectors
